CLAIMS

Claim must be performed only at the Authorised Service Centre / Dealership / Appointed Panel Workshops. No repairs may be undertaken or commenced under the terms of the policy without the prior approval by Insurer.

WAITING PERIOD

Vehicle are required to service accordance to specification recommended by Manufacturer or every 5,000km or 3 months whichever comes first (for vehicles using semi-synthetic lubricants) OR 10,000km or 6 months whichever comes first (for vehicles using fully synthetic lubricants).

SERVICE MAINTENANCE

Vehicle are required to service at Authorised Service Centre / Dealership / Appointed Panel Workshops. Strictly based on the fix service maintenance or routine schedule by manufacturer.

SERVICE ALLOWANCE

Additional 1,000km and / or 30 days time frame for schedule maintenance, no skip or breach of service schedule maintenance.

REQUIREMENT

No Inspection needed. Provide full service record by Authorised Dealership / Manufacturer.

All warranty claims are approved based on repairing faulty parts or replacing faulty parts with used/ reconditioned / OEM components.

Claim must be performed only at the Authorised / Appointed Panel Workshops. No repairs may be undertaken or commenced under the terms of the policy without the prior approval by Insurance.

Coverage will begin after 30 days from the date of sale and 500 km distance travelled from warranty commencement mileage.

The first service must be completed by or before 2,000km or within first 3 months, from the commencement date and mileage in the Policy. Vehicle are required to service every 5,000km or 3 months whichever comes first (for using semi-synthetic lubricants) OR 10,000km or 6 months whichever comes first (for using fully synthetic lubricants)

You must stamp your service booklet, or keep all service invoices as you are required to provide proof of servicing at the time of claims. All service invoices must have service date, mileage & type of oil used recorded on the booklet / invoice. Missing / Late services or failure to keep complete service records will result in claim being rejected and warranty voided.

Policy is transferable but not refundable or exchange to other vehicle. Transfer must not exceed service requirement period.
